This role will play a pivotal part within the UK team, helping to shape the next phase of growth in a priority market through progressive marketing plans and activations. This role plays a critical part in supporting the smooth running of the UKI business while helping drive innovation delivery across the Peperami portfolio. The position will lead the coordination and execution of Tier 2 and Tier 3 innovation and renovation projects, while supporting the wider team on Tier 1 strategic initiatives.

Alongside innovation delivery, the role acts as the operational backbone of the UKI Marketing function - managing systems, processes, PRs administration, product data, and cross-functional coordination to ensure strong execution across the business. Working closely with Brand, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, and external agencies, this role helps turn plans into action with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail. This role, initially, is a six-month fixed term contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Innovation & Project Coordination
    • Lead the coordination and execution of Tier 2 and Tier 3 innovation and renovation projects from concept through to launch.
    • Support the Senior Brand Manager and wider UKI team on Tier 1 strategic projects and launches.
    • Coordinate timelines, artwork approvals, retailer requirements, and launch readiness across functions.
    • Ensure all project milestones are tracked and delivered on time.
    • Work closely with R&D, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, and external agencies to support successful delivery.
    • Support post-launch tracking and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Brand Systems & Customer Administration
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date product information across Brand Bank and retailer systems/portals.
    • Consolidate information from Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, and Sales teams.
    • Ensure consistency and accuracy of product data across all customer-facing systems.
    • Identify and escalate any discrepancies or risks in a timely manner.
  • Purchase Requests & Budget Administration
    • Raise and manage purchase requests for Marketing and Sales activities.
    • Track spend against approved budgets.
    • Coordinate approvals with suppliers and Finance teams.
    • Maintain accurate PO tracking for reporting and audit purposes.
  • Commercial & Sales Support
    • Act as a key point of contact between Marketing and Sales teams for brand and product information.
    • Support the weekly EPOS sales tracker and highlight short-term risks or opportunities.
    • Coordinate marketing assets and materials required by customers and the Sales team.
    • Support customer presentations, product information requests, and launch materials.

Reports to: Head of Marketing – Peperami

Works closely with: Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, Customer Service, Agencies, and UKI Leadership Team.
