• InventoryManagement: Ensureoptimalinventorylevelsthroughclosecollaborationwiththepurchasingandwarehousingteams.Monitorstocklevelstoavoidshortagesandexcessinventory.
• Coordination: Collaboratewiththesales,marketing,andlogisticsdepartmentstoensuresmoothproductavailability.Supporttheplanningandexecutionofsalespromotionsandmarketingcampaigns,aswellasmanagingproductphase-inandphase-out.
• StrategicPlanning,S&OP: Developandimplementstrategiestoincreasesales.Identifymarketopportunitiesandrisks,anddevisemeasurestoincreasesalesandminimizeinventorycosts.
• CustomerAnalysis: Analyzecustomerbehaviorandmarketdemandtodeveloptargetedsalesstrategies.Supportthedevelopmentofcustomerretentionandloyaltyprograms.
• ProcessOptimization: Identifyandimplementmeasurestoimprovedemandplanningandprocesses.Continuouslyreviewandadjustprocessestoincreaseefficiency.
• RiskManagement: Assessandmanagerisksrelatedtodemandforecastsandstrategies.Developandimplementmeasurestomitigaterisks.
• Experience: Severalyearsofexperienceindemandplanning,salesmanagement,orasimilarrole.Experiencewithplanningandanalyticaltools(e.g.,SAP,APO, IBP,Excel).
• SoftwareKnowledge: ProficientinusingERPsystemsanddemandplanningtools.Experiencewithdataanalysisandvisualizationtools(e.g.,BW,PowerBI)isanadvantage.
• Communication: ExcellentcommunicationskillsinGermanandEnglish,abilitytocollaborateeffectivelywithvariousdepartments.Abilitytoclearlyandconciselypresentanalysesandresults.
• ProblemSolving: Abilitytoidentifyproblemsanddevelopsolutionstooptimizeprocesses.Proactiveapproachandabilitytoworkunderpressure. High degree of assertiveness.
• Teamwork: Abilitytocollaboratewithinateamandsupportcolleagues.Opennesstofeedbackandwillingnesstocontinuouslyimprove.
