The Role
As Supervisor, you will drive an excellent store experience for both customers and colleagues.
- Work in partnership with the Store Management team.
- Act as a role model and create a positive atmosphere in store.
- Analyse daily sales figures and make the right commercial choices.
- Deliver on KPI\’s, product knowledge, service, visual merchandising, and operations while fostering personal and team growth.
