JACK & JONES in Blackpool is seeking a Supervisor to join our Store Management team and drive an outstanding in-store experience for customers and colleagues.

You will work with the Store Management group to model best practices, lead by example, and deliver strong commercial results.

The role focuses on coaching the team, analyzing daily sales, and growing both individuals and the store through KPI delivery, product knowledge, service, visual merchandising, and operations.
