A Brand-New Chapter. An Exciting Opportunity. JACK & JONES, the brand known for great denim, effortless style and good vibes, is opening a brand-new store in Bluewater in July 2026 and we are looking for an inspiring Store Manager to lead the journey from day one.
We are looking for an experienced and driven Store Manager to lead the launch of our new store in Bluewater. This is a unique opportunity to build a store team from the ground up, create strong commercial culture, and establish the brand as a key destination within one of the UK's leading shopping centres.

Key Responsibility as Store Manager, you will:- New Store opening & Set-up
- Help and support with all aspects of the store opening, including recruitment, onboarding, and training of the team
- Support with store set-up, visual merchandising and floor layout implementation
- Embed brand culture, standards and expectations from the outset
- Drive sales performance and operational excellence, achieving and surpassing ambitious store targets
- Analyse reports and take fast, effective action to improve trade
- Maximise sales through strong product placement, outfit building and team focus
- Understand Bluewater's customer profiles to help make commercial decisions
- Take ownership of store operations, processes and compliance, ensuring everything runs smoothly
- Build, lead and inspire your retail team, creating a positive, inclusive and empowering store culture
- Coach and develop team members through regular feedback and structured training, actively addressing any performance concerns
- Create a best-in-class customer experience that reflects the JACK & JONES brand
