In November 2024, we opened the first joint JACK & JONES and JJXX Store in the heart of Oxford Street in London. Now, we’re looking for a passionate and experienced General Manager to take the reins and continue driving us to retail success.
THE ROLE – Lead the Way to Retail Excellence
As our General Manager, you will be the backbone and driving force behind the success of our retail store. You’ll lead a team of three managers (Womenswear, Menswear and Stock & Operations), ensuring the continued smooth operation of the store and maintaining the high standards we’ve already set. You will be responsible for management overall of the store, ensuring efficient operations, exceptional customer service, and achievement of sales goals.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leadership: Providing strong leadership and motivation to your team, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
- Performance: Maintaining and exceeding sales growth and profitability targets, implementing successful strategies.
- Operations: Overseeing all aspects of store operations, including payroll costs, inventory management, and loss prevention.
- Customer Experience: Upholding the exceptional customer experience we’ve established, ensuring the JACK & JONES standards are met and exceeding customer expectations.
- Team Development: Coaching and mentoring your team, fostering their professional growth and development. Leading by example.
- Collaboration: Working closely with different departments to ensure brand alignment and successful campaign execution.

WHAT IT TAKES
- Proven experience as a manager within a large store setting
- Driving effective planning and execution of the JACK & JONES service and product concept through your management team for your store.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security checks
- Result oriented with a passion for exceeding targets and driving growth with a proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding customer satisfaction targets
- You inspire, train and grow your team through continuous coaching and utilising Growth Management
