As Assistant Store Manager in our Cheshire Oaks store, you will be the face of our brand and drive the best in-store experience by empowering both customers and colleagues. Working in partnership with the Store Management team, you will:
- Be a role model to the team and drive a great atmosphere in store.
- Analyse the sales figures on a daily basis and make the right commercial choices.
- Focus on personal and team growth and development to deliver on KPI’s, product knowledge, service, visual merchandising, and operations.
