THE ROLE

As Assistant Store Manager, your role is to:

  • Work in partnership with the Store Management team
  • Be a role model to the team and drive a great atmosphere in store
  • Analyse the sales figures on a daily basis and make the right commercial choices
  • Focus on personal and team growth and development to deliver on KPI's, product knowledge, service, visual merchandising, and operations
