Role Overview

As Assistant Store Manager, your role is to work in partnership with the Store Management team, act as a role model to the team, drive a great atmosphere in store, analyse sales figures daily and make the right commercial choices, and foster personal and team growth and development to deliver on KPIs, product knowledge, service, visual merchandising, and operations.
