THE ROLE

Our universe is a drama-free zone; it is shopping made easy. It’s good jeans with good vibes. Product, people, and great results, that’s all that matters in our world. As Assistant Store Manager, your role is to:

  1. Work in partnership with the Store Management team
  2. Be a role model to the team, driving a great atmosphere in store
  3. Analyse the sales figures on a daily basis and make the right commercial choices
  4. Focus on personal and team growth and development to deliver on KPI’s, product knowledge, service, visual merchandising, and operations
