Supervisor, Store Management – Newcastle – Metro
Join JACK & JONES as a Supervisor in Newcastle, working within the Store Management team to drive an outstanding in‑store experience for customers and colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Work in partnership with the Store Management team.
- Act as a role model and create a positive atmosphere in the store.
- Analyse daily sales figures and make appropriate commercial decisions.
- Drive personal and team growth, ensuring delivery on KPI’s, product knowledge, service, visual merchandising and operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience as a Senior Sales Assistant or Supervisor in retail.
- Excellent communication and social skills.
- Passion for the product and the brand.
- Strong ownership mindset.
- Commercial focus and ability to drive results.
- Adaptability and willingness to embrace change.
