THE ROLE

- Work in partnership with the Store Management team
- Act as a role model to the team, driving a great atmosphere in store
- Analyse the sales figures on a daily basis and make the right commercial choices
- Facilitate personal and team growth and development to deliver on KPI’s, product knowledge, service, visual merchandising, and operations
