Work in partnership with the Store Management team
Serve as a role model to the team, driving a great atmosphere in store
Analyse the sales figures on a daily basis and make the right commercial choices
Promote personal and team growth and development to deliver on KPIs, product knowledge, service, visual merchandising and operations
What It Takes
Experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Store Manager within retail
Good communication and social skills
Passion for our product
Taking ownership
Driving results with a commercial mindset
