As a Lead Data Engineer at TPXimpact, you will oversee the design and optimization of large-scale data pipelines using modern cloud platforms. Leading a multidisciplinary team of up to 15, you’ll set engineering standards, champion data practices, and bridge the gap between technical complexity and strategic client goals to deliver meaningful digital change.

What You Will Do:
- Lead the design, development, and management of scalable data pipelines using Python, PySpark, and SQL across major cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Coordinate and mentor multidisciplinary teams of 5-15 specialists, ensuring the delivery of high-quality data products while fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Act as a trusted partner to stakeholders, translating complex technical architectures into clear business value and driving the adoption of modern data engineering standards.
The ideal candidate:
- Extensive experience in data engineering and dimensional modeling with expertise in modern platforms like Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and orchestration tools like Airflow.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams through ambiguity, managing delivery coordination, prioritization, and quality across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced consultancy environment.
- Strong proficiency in DevOps and CI/CD practices, coupled with the communication skills necessary to influence senior stakeholders and align solutions with enterprise data strategies.
