We are looking for a seasoned People leader to build and optimise critical people operations systems, ensuring seamless employee lifecycle management from recruiting to performance and compensation. You will report directly to a Partner and play a pivotal role in hiring and retaining top talent in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

The ideal candidate:
- 5–7 years’ experience in People Operations within a structured, high-performance environment.
- Proven recruiting operations experience, including ATS management and candidate communication.
- Hands-on systems experience implementing or optimising HRIS, ATS, or workflow tools.
