From cloning existing models to reimagining operations with LLMs, you’ll touch every aspect of company building. Successful builders have the opportunity to lead or run these units as they scale. Location London, UK Why this role is remarkable Unparalleled upside including a £1m cash bonus per team member upon reaching £10m in annualised gross profit for your business unit. Extreme traction with the first business unit scaling from zero to $1m ARR in just three months, backed by top‑tier investors like Seedcamp and Backed. Direct mentorship from a second‑time founder and the opportunity to lead a business unit from scratch after demonstrating success in the initial builder phase.
