Job Description

As Technical Lead, you will own Nature Alpha’s technology environment end-to-end, serving as the senior technology voice.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll leverage AI-native delivery models to build scalable GCP infrastructure and secure data platforms.

What You Will Do

• Architect and maintain robust GCP/Cloud Run infrastructure and secure data delivery systems, including SFTP, APIs, and Snowflake-integrated MCP servers.
• Lead end-to-end security and compliance, managing ISO 27001/SOC 2 standards and handling complex technical due diligence for regulated financial clients.
• Drive production shipping using AI-agentic workflows like Claude Code and Cursor, maintaining rigorous human review standards for all platform features.
• The ideal candidate
• Has 6+ years of engineering experience with deep hands-on expertise in GCP, Cloud Run, and building secure data platforms for enterprise users.
• Possesses practitioner-level security knowledge, including experience with penetration testing, vulnerability management, and leading formal security certification processes.
• Demonstrates a proven track record of using AI-leveraged tools to accelerate development cycles and a desire to own broad scope without a large team.
