Job Description

As Tech Lead, you will architect Geomiq's backend and drive AI-powered automation across the entire business. This technical-first role involves writing production Laravel code, mentoring senior engineers, and building intelligent agents to automate complex manufacturing workflows. You will partner with the CEO to define the platform's future while optimizing a global marketplace.

What You Will Do

• Own the backend architecture, writing production-grade Laravel and Python code daily while designing scalable APIs and data pipelines for a global marketplace.
• Develop and integrate AI agents and automated workflows using OpenAI, Anthropic, and n8n to eliminate manual bottlenecks across Engineering and Operations.
• Mentor a high-calibre team of engineers and data scientists, maintaining an elite bar for code quality and high-performance system architecture.

• Possesses deep experience building and scaling production systems with Laravel and designing complex API-first architectures in a startup environment.
• Demonstrates a strong track record of integrating LLMs and modern automation platforms like n8n or Python-based AI tools into real-world products.
