Job Description
As a Talent Ops Specialist at Siena AI, you will own the operational engine of a rapidly scaling seed-stage startup. You’ll manage inbound triage, candidate screening, and complex scheduling across 17+ active roles while maintaining immaculate data hygiene in Ashby. By leveraging advanced AI tools like Claude, you’ll optimize hiring workflows and ensure every candidate receives an exceptional experience.

What You Will Do
- Own the end-to-end candidate journey for 17+ active, high-volume roles, managing everything from initial triage to scheduling and feedback.
- Maintain perfect pipeline hygiene within Ashby, ensuring every status, note, and candidate interaction is accurate and up-to-date.
- Architect and implement AI-driven workflows to automate repetitive tasks, focusing your time on high-judgment decisions and candidate relationships.
The ideal candidate
- Brings operational experience from a Series A or earlier startup or a boutique recruitment agency focused on high-stakes hiring.
- Demonstrates high AI fluency, with the ability to build sophisticated workflows using Claude or similar LLMs to drive efficiency.
- Possesses a "low ego, high standards" mindset, thriving in an environment where autonomy is granted and results are expected.
