Join Flatpay as a Talent Acquisition Administrator to drive our high-volume hiring for field sales and customer support roles. Working alongside Senior TA Partners in our London hub, you will manage the recruitment funnel from sourcing to onboarding. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role perfect for launching an in-house recruitment career.

  • Manage the end-to-end candidate pipeline by reviewing CVs, conducting first-stage telephone screenings, and coordinating assessment days for sales and support roles.
  • Proactively source high-quality talent using LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals to ensure a consistent flow of candidates for Flatpay’s expanding UK team.
  • Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) with precision and support the Head of HR with offer preparations and seamless onboarding handovers.

The ideal candidate:

  • Possesses 1-2 years of recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-paced agency or high-volume environment such as sales, retail, or hospitality.
  • Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure while multitasking across multiple open requisitions and candidate communications.
