As Strategy & Operations Lead, you will drive company-wide performance and strategy during a period of rapid scaling. Reporting to leadership, you will manage quarterly goal-setting, support debt and equity fundraising, and lead high-impact cross-functional projects. This pivotal role ensures operational excellence as the business expands its global footprint and product offerings.

What You Will Do
- Lead the quarterly goal-setting process (OKRs), defining priorities with team leads and tracking critical business metrics to ensure alignment.

- Design and deliver actionable performance reporting for investors and leadership, translating complex operational data into strategic business insights.
The ideal candidate
- Possesses 5+ years of experience in high-stakes environments such as strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, or fintech operations.
- Demonstrates advanced financial modeling skills and proficiency with BI tools like Tableau or Looker to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Has a proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and managing diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced, startup-oriented environment.
