What you will do:

• Lead the technical development of features from initial concept through to successful release, balancing quality and speed.
• Act as the primary React expert, establishing best practices, optimizing performance, and guiding smarter development.
• Collaborate closely with Designers, Product, and Unity/Backend Engineers to craft seamless and dynamic VR interfaces.

The ideal candidate:

• Possesses strong React experience gained in production-level environments.
• Demonstrates a proven ability to own projects end-to-end, adhering to solid engineering principles.
• Thrives in small, cross-functional teams, exhibiting excellent communication and comfort with ambiguity.
