What you will do:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems and distributed infrastructure using Python and other strongly-typed languages.

- Mentor and guide senior engineers while establishing technical excellence and high-velocity shipping standards across multiple engineering teams.
The ideal candidate:

- Expert proficiency in backend development with Python, Go, or similar languages, plus deep experience with AWS/GCP and distributed database design.
