What You Will Do:
- Lead technical implementations by configuring agent settings, Kombo flows, and ATS integrations to ensure seamless go-live experiences.
- Act as the technical resolver for complex escalations, performing deep-dive debugging across API logs, Cloudflare dashboards, and TypeScript/React codebases.
- Partner with the sales team to run high-level technical demos and RFP support for enterprise prospects, showcasing the platform's depth and scoring capabilities.
The ideal candidate:
