Job Description
You will own the end-to-end social presence for NAYA Health across Instagram and TikTok as a creator‑producer‑manager hybrid. You’ll shoot, edit, and strategise content that resonates with two distinct audiences: patients seeking clinical recovery and high‑performers seeking cognitive enhancement. This role directly impacts patient outcomes by bridging the gap between clinical science and human storytelling.

What You Will Do
- Produce 3–5 weekly high‑quality video assets (Reels and TikToks) by shooting, editing, and designing graphics for Instagram and TikTok.
- Develop and execute a quarterly content calendar targeting two primary personas: clinical recovery patients and high‑performance optimisation clients.
- Track and optimise performance metrics, connecting social engagement directly to consultation inquiries and ROI via GA4 and platform analytics.
The ideal candidate
- Brings 3+ years of social media management experience in healthcare, wellness, or high‑consideration verticals like fintech, neurotech, or clinical services.
- Possesses expert‑level content production skills, including video editing in Adobe Premiere or CapCut and graphic design in Canva or Figma.
- Demonstrates a proven track record of growing Instagram and TikTok audiences to 10k+ and translating social engagement into measurable business growth.
