Job Description
As Social Lead at FITR, you will own the organic social strategy, moving beyond simple scheduling to create a content-first, video-led presence.
You’ll film, edit, and publish short-form video while building a robust creator/UGC program.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll be the voice of FITR across Tik Tok, Instagram, and Linked In.

What You Will Do
- Execute a video-first organic social strategy across Tik Tok, Instagram, and You Tube Shorts, personally filming and editing high-impact content.
- Launch and manage a creator/UGC program, recruiting and briefing fitness influencers and coaches to amplify FITR’s message through authentic voices.
- Drive community engagement by building direct relationships with coaches and clients, acting as a proactive brand ambassador representing the company.
- The ideal candidate
- Brings 3+ years of experience in organic social media, specifically with a track record of creating and editing native short-form video content.
- Possesses hands‑on technical skills in filming and storytelling, capable of operating independently at gyms and events to capture high-quality assets.
- Has proven experience building and managing influencer or UGC programs, ideally within the fitness, health, or creator economy sectors.
