As the first SME-focused hire at LightWork AI, you will build the company's outbound sales motion from the ground up. Targeting independent agencies, you'll manage the full cycle from high-volume prospecting and live demos to hands‑on onboarding. This is a foundational role for a builder eager to define a category‑leading sales playbook.

The ideal candidate
- Proven track record as a fast, full‑cycle closer in UK PropTech or vertical SaaS selling directly to owner‑operated small businesses.
- Fluency in live product demonstrations and practical experience using LLMs or prompt engineering to optimize workflows or personal side projects.
