Job Description: You will own end-to-end technical hiring for Engineering and Product teams at a hyper-growth Series B startup. Beyond delivery, you will architect the talent function—designing interview frameworks, sourcing playbooks, and building custom recruiting tools using Claude Code. This is a high-velocity role for a builder who thrives in early-stage environments.

Location: London, UK

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles in London, from initial role design and sourcing to final offer closing and onboarding.
  • Partner deeply with Engineering and Product leaders to define high-quality hiring bars, push back on vague briefs, and implement structured scorecards.
  • Architect the foundational talent infrastructure, including leveling guides and AI-integrated workflows that will define how the company scales globally.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of in-house technical recruiting experience at a startup where you successfully hired engineers before the company had established brand recognition.
  • Proven ability to build technical recruiting pipelines from scratch, demonstrating deep literacy in the differences between backend, frontend.
