What You Will Do
- Own the technical relationship for strategic enterprise accounts, serving as the primary escalation point for complex configuration and integration challenges.
- Debug payroll reporting and API-driven workflows to ensure seamless data flow and resolve critical issues for multinational workforces.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to translate enterprise customer pain points into actionable improvements for the core platform.
The ideal candidate
- Significant experience in technical support or technical account management within a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong technical proficiency, including hands‑on experience debugging integrations, troubleshooting logs, and managing complex software configurations.
- Proven track record of managing high‑stakes enterprise customer relationships and navigating escalated technical challenges with senior stakeholders.
