Job Description

As a Senior Software Engineer at Wissen AI, you will be a full-stack generalist building product surfaces, infrastructure, and multi-step reasoning systems.

Working directly with the founders, you will own significant parts of the system and ship AI-native tools that turn institutional investment judgment into structured research workflows.

What You Will Do

• Build and iterate on full-stack product surfaces and core infrastructure for a reliable institutional research platform.
• Develop and evaluate multi-step reasoning systems designed to automate complex fundamental research workflows and institutional knowledge preservation.
• Translate professional investment judgment into structured software behavior and high-fidelity market observation tools that operate continuously.

• You have a proven track record of shipping AI-native products directly to end-users, rather than just building internal tools or research prototypes.
• You thrive in high-ambiguity, early-stage environments and possess a T-shaped skill set that covers product surfaces, infrastructure, and LLM orchestration.
