What You Will Do
- Build and maintain the core immigration platform for candidates and businesses using TypeScript, React (NextJS), and Node.js.
- Design and implement complex data models in PostgreSQL and manage asynchronous workloads using AWS services like Lambdas and SQS.
- Collaborate directly with the Engineering Director and Head of Product to identify bottlenecks and shape the architectural foundation of the product.
The ideal candidate
- Has 4–7+ years of experience building scalable full‑stack web applications with strong production proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Demonstrates a proactive problem‑solving mindset and is comfortable navigating the pace and ambiguity of an early‑stage startup environment.
- Thinks deeply about application structure and performance tradeoffs, with a genuine interest in how AI/LLMs are transforming software development.
