Job Description: yhangry is seeking a full-funnel Growth Lead to scale the demand side of their private chef marketplace. You will own the entire acquisition engine, from Google Ads and Meta campaigns to landing page optimization and tracking architecture. This is a high-impact role focused on achieving 10x booking growth through data-driven experiments.

  • Own the CRO roadmap by deploying weekly A/B tests on landing pages to improve value prop clarity and conversion.

The ideal candidate:

  • Has 6+ years of hands-on experience scaling Google and Meta Ads for B2C marketplaces or local services.
  • Demonstrates high technical rigor in tracking and attribution using GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio.
  • Possesses a growth-hunter mindset with a proven track record of delivering 3–5x ROAS improvements at scale.
