Job Description
As the first dedicated Senior Onboarding Manager, you will lead complex SaaS implementations for specialist property lenders. You'll own the end-to-end journey from discovery to go-live, translating bespoke lending workflows into structured configurations. This is a builder’s role where you will design the onboarding playbook and scale Kennek.io's client delivery function.

What You Will Do
- Lead end-to-end client implementations, including discovery, configuration, training, and go-live for specialist bridge lenders across the UK.
- Design and document a repeatable onboarding methodology, including discovery templates, configuration checklists, and training materials from scratch.
- Act as the primary bridge between clients and product teams, triaging technical blockers and identifying patterns to influence roadmap prioritization.
The ideal candidate
- 10+ years of experience in customer-facing SaaS implementation, professional services, or onboarding within the financial services or fintech sector.
- Deep understanding of lending, mortgage technology, or bridge finance to credibly navigate complex loan book operations with senior stakeholders.
- A builder's mentality with a proven track record of creating structure in early-stage environments and managing multi-stakeholder software projects.
