As the Founding Technical Lead and first tech hire, you will build Venmark’s AI‑platform from scratch to unify and uplift acquired businesses. You will embed directly with SMEs across the UK, translating messy operational challenges into automated systems for scheduling, report generation, and customer communication, driving immediate commercial impact and significant value creation.

- Act as a strategic technical advisor during the acquisition process, evaluating legacy tech stacks and performing due diligence on potential portfolio companies.
