As the lead finance professional, you will own the entire function end-to-end, reporting directly to the Chief of Staff. You will move beyond reactive reporting to provide high-impact commercial insights, scenario modelling, and strategic support. This is a hands-on role designed for a builder who wants to automate workflows using AI and scale operations globally.

What You Will Do:
- Oversee all finance operations including month-end close, payroll, and statutory filings while managing external tax advisors and accountants.

- Act as a commercial partner to leadership by producing board-ready reporting, investor data packs, and margin analysis for deal support.
The ideal candidate:
- At least 4 years of experience in commercial finance or FP&A, specifically within a high-growth startup or scale-up environment.
- Proven expertise in 3-statement financial modelling and the ability to translate complex data into actionable narratives for non-finance stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience managing month-end processes and a drive to improve systems using tools like QuickBooks, Datarails, or Rippling.
