What You Will Do:

  • Lead the full monthly S&OP cycle, reconciling bottom-up retail EPOS data and DTC inputs against top-down financial targets to identify volume-value opportunities.
  • Build and deploy AI agents and automated reporting tools to surface trends and anomalies faster than traditional manual methods.
  • Proactively manage stock risks, aged inventory, and product lifecycle transitions to ensure zero gaps in demand signals during rapid SKU rotations.

The ideal candidate:

  • Proven background in retail demand planning within FMCG or consumer goods, with experience translating account-level insights into operational plans.
  • Technically proficient in manipulating complex datasets using SQL, BI platforms, or advanced Excel, with a deep interest in applying AI to logistics.
