You will own the end-to-end strategic relationship for a portfolio of enterprise accounts, managing everything from implementation to renewal. Acting as a trusted advisor to Heads of Talent Acquisition, you will coordinate specialists to deliver high-performance candidate engagement solutions while driving Gross Retention and Net Retention across the UK, Europe, and US markets.

Responsibilities

  • Project-manage complex enterprise implementations, coordinating internal designers, solutions engineers, and talent attraction specialists to ensure on-time and in-scope delivery.
  • Build and execute strategic success plans for senior stakeholders, leveraging data and market context to drive platform adoption and expansion opportunities.
  • Lead high-stakes Quarterly Business Reviews and renewal negotiations, identifying account risks early and maintaining a portfolio GRR target of 95% or higher.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing strategic B2B SaaS accounts for enterprise clients, specifically focusing on commercial outcomes like revenue growth and retention.
  • Deep understanding of the recruitment technology landscape, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), integrations, or employer branding strategies.
  • Exceptional operational and technical comfort, with the ability to navigate tools like Linear, Gong, and HubSpot while translating complex customer briefs into technical requirements.
