Job Description: As a Senior AI Engineer, you will design and deploy advanced NLP and LLM-based systems for complex domain-specific tasks. What you will do:
- Design and develop sophisticated NLP and LLM-based systems, including fine-tuning foundation models and implementing RAG architectures.
- Collaborate with Data and MLOps engineers to build automated CI/CD pipelines for model training, testing, and drift monitoring.
- Implement explainability, fairness, and bias mitigation strategies to ensure AI solutions meet strict regulatory and domain-specific requirements.
The ideal candidate:
- Proven experience as an AI or Machine Learning Engineer with a track record of taking LLM/NLP models from research to production.
