As a Senior Account Manager at SysGroup PLC, you will drive strategic growth across a portfolio of 10‑15 mid‑market accounts. Focusing on "MSP 3.0" transformation, you will act as a consultative advisor, selling high‑impact cybersecurity, cloud, and AI solutions. You will deepen existing relationships while capturing new opportunities within the tier‑2 financial services sector.

  • Consult with clients to understand complex risk postures and compliance needs, delivering tailored cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and AI‑enablement solutions.
  • Execute a focused new‑logo strategy to expand the company's footprint within tier‑2 financial services, including asset managers, boutique banks, and insurance firms.

The ideal candidate

  • Possesses 5+ years of experience in consultative B2B sales or account management specifically within the MSP, MSSP, VAR, or systems integrator sectors.
  • Demonstrates a deep understanding of cybersecurity procurement, risk management, and compliance drivers for mid‑market firms and the financial services industry.
  • Maintains an entrepreneurial, fast‑learning mindset with a genuine passion for how AI and modern technology can transform business defense and operations.
