You will join a high-growth London team building the next generation of AI-driven workplace infrastructure. As a Sales Associate, you’ll drive the outbound engine, engaging with ambitious global companies to build a high-quality pipeline. You will act as a consultant, assessing fit and delivering insights to help shape the product roadmap.

What You Will Do:

  • Identify and engage target accounts through multi-channel outbound strategies including email, phone, and social to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Partner closely with the Product team by distilling customer feedback into actionable insights to solve real-world workplace pain points.
  • Conduct initial discovery to assess mutual fit while providing potential customers with a delightful, high-leverage introduction to the platform.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Possesses 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, ideally within a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrates exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to empathize with and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Exhibits a proactive, self-driven mindset with a natural propensity for problem-solving and a desire to learn in a high-intensity startup.
