- Translate R&D outputs into actionable strategy, connecting feasibility data to product development and go‑to‑market decisions for NHS clinical study delivery.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven programme management experience in complex health tech or research environments, ideally managing grant‑funded projects like Innovate UK or NIHR.
- Strong background in navigating regulated landscapes, including familiarity with digital health, SaMD, data governance, or clinical study coordination.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a high‑agency mindset, comfortable leading multidisciplinary teams of clinicians, engineers, and academic collaborators.
