You will lead full-funnel digital campaigns across paid media while managing on-the-ground event logistics. This role balances technical performance marketing with real-world club promotion, driving ticket sales and subscriber loyalty for iconic dance events.

What You Will Do
- Execute full-funnel paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok to drive ticket sales from lineup announcement through to the event.
- Scale the fanclub subscriber base through automated email and SMS journeys, using CRM tools to build long-term audience engagement and loyalty.
- Coordinate on-site event logistics, including vendor management, guest services, and social media coverage during London club nights and artist activations.
The ideal candidate
- 2–4 years of experience in performance or digital marketing, specifically within the music, live events, or culture-forward brand sectors.
- Proven hands-on proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and CRM platforms like Attentive or Hive to drive conversion and ROI.
- Deep cultural credibility and passion for electronic music, combined with a data-obsessed mindset needed to analyze ROAS, CPM, and growth metrics.
