Job Description
As a Product Manager at Taptap Send, you will own a specific product domain end-to-end. You will translate customer needs into a roadmap, lead cross-functional execution from technical specs to GTM, and scale features like local cards and savings. What You Will Do
- Lead the full product lifecycle for a dedicated domain, including discovery, writing technical specs, and creating initial mocks in Figma to drive development.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and compliance teams to execute complex projects and drive global adoption for new financial features.
- Implement iterative development systems by gathering regular user feedback and partnering with the Head of Data to analyze performance and identify improvements.
The ideal candidate
- Has 6+ years of experience in product management, strategy, or operations within a high-growth tech environment, with a strong preference for consumer fintech or payments.
- Demonstrates strong analytical skills and UX design instincts, with a preference for candidates who have lived experience or deep empathy for immigrant communities.
- Possesses an \"impact first\" mentality and the organizational skills needed to manage complex, end-to-end projects independently in a scrappy, fast-moving startup.
