You will lead the agentic product surface area, shipping AI agents that handle sourcing, scoring, and interviewing at scale. Working in a high-trust pod alongside two engineers and a founding marketer, you will bridge the gap between customer discovery and technical execution, moving beyond roadmaps to build functional, production-ready agentic behaviors.

What You Will Do:
- Lead the full product lifecycle for talent agents, from sitting in customer discovery rooms to defining evals and monitoring production performance.
- Own the agent roadmap, stack-ranking features based on ICP needs and coordinating closely with the Founding Marketer for high-impact launch motions.
- Design and iterate on agentic behaviors using prototypes, Looms, and technical specs that address hallucination control, retries, and observability.
The ideal candidate:
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade AI agents at scale within mature environments like Intercom (Fin), Decagon, Sierra, or Hebbia.
- Deeply technical PM with the ability to read TypeScript and work comfortably with LLM APIs, Vercel AI SDK, and serverless infrastructure.
- Customer-obsessed builder who prefers sitting with users and running prototypes over managing a Linear backlog from behind a desk.
