Job Description

You will lead AI evaluation and product quality for Felicity, our intelligent property management assistant.

This technical role involves building evaluation suites, tuning test scenarios, and managing day-to-day product operations.

You'll bridge the gap between engineering and customer feedback, ensuring our AI performance meets the high bar required for property compliance and communication.
