Job Description: You will own key product domains for the UK market leader in AI-driven wealth management. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will bridge Engineering, AI, and Commercial teams to transform manual compliance and fragmented workflows into automated, intelligent experiences that help advisers serve one billion people with trusted financial advice.
Location: London, UK
Why this role is remarkable: Join a YC S24 breakout startup that recently closed a $15M Series A led by Singular, Shapers, and YC to scale its AI-native platform. Earn end-to-end ownership of a product domain at a company that has captured 450+ wealth management firms in just two years. Build high-stakes AI products where explainability and trust are core, working at the intersection of LLMs and regulated financial services.
What You Will Do:
- Conduct independent discovery with advisers and paraplanners to translate complex regulatory pain points into high-leverage product roadmaps.
- Scope and ship AI-powered features in small, rapid increments, managing everything from initial hypothesis to GTM readiness and adoption.
- Define and track outcome-based metrics while navigating trade-offs between engineering capacity, commercial urgency, and rigorous product quality.
The ideal candidate:
- 3–7 years of PM experience at fast-paced B2B SaaS companies with a proven track record of shipping products that measurably change user behavior.
- Technically fluent and curious about AI systems, including experience with LLMs, RAG, and the nuances of why automated prompts break.
- Exceptional writer and communicator who can navigate ambiguity and present complex trade-offs to leadership without over-packaging facts.
