$50M+ Series A AI enterprise OS startup backed by Index Ventures, Iconiq, and Creandum

Job Description

Join an elite team of former Palantir operators building an AI-native operating system for Fortune 500 enterprises. As a Product Engineer, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of features that replace complex legacy ERP systems. This role demands a builder's mindset, combining high-quality systems engineering with deep product intuition to deliver production-ready agentic systems.

Why this role is remarkable

  • Work at a talent-dense startup founded by Palantir veterans, recently securing a massive $50M Series A from premier investors like Index Ventures and Iconiq.
  • Build for real-world impact with Fortune 500 customers like Daimler Truck and Heidelberg Materials already using the platform in production.
  • Experience a high-velocity, office-first culture in Fitzrovia, London, with full visa sponsorship and the autonomy to define the company’s technical trajectory.

What You Will Do

  • Own the full product lifecycle from initial customer research and requirements gathering to implementation and iterative shipping.
  • Design and build sophisticated AI agent harnesses that provide intelligence and freedom while maintaining enterprise-grade governance and reliability.
  • Develop full-stack features using a modern stack including React, Kotlin, and Temporal to solve hundreds of millions of dollars in legacy IT complexity.

The ideal candidate

  • Proven track record as a founding or early engineer at an AI-native scaleup or a product-focused role at frontier labs like OpenAI or Anthropic.
  • Exceptional engineering fundamentals with the ability to ship functional agentic systems and operate confidently across the entire technical stack.
  • Strong product sense and user empathy, with a demonstrable history of building side projects, contributing to OSS, or winning technical hackathons.
