Job Description
As a Product Engineer at Ensemble AI, you will bridge software engineering and product design to build production-ready industrial solutions. You’ll work directly with customers to translate complex operational challenges into scalable features on AWS. This role combines hands-on coding with AI-assisted design to automate mission-critical workflows for some of the world's largest organizations.

What You Will Do
- Lead customer discovery by facilitating workshops with industrial operators to identify operational bottlenecks and translate them into reusable product capabilities.
- Build and ship high-quality production software across the full stack, including intuitive frontends, robust backend APIs, and event-driven cloud-native infrastructure on AWS.
- Utilize AI-assisted design and development tools like Claude Design to rapidly prototype and iterate from concept to production-ready user experiences.
The ideal candidate
- Exceptional software engineering background with significant experience building modern cloud-native SaaS products and distributed systems using AWS.
- Strong product-mindedness and design sensibility, comfortable managing the entire lifecycle from discovery workshops and UX design to technical leadership and mentorship.
- Proactive curiosity regarding AI and LLMs, with hands-on experience integrating intelligent features into software to accelerate development and improve user outcomes.
