Job Description
As Principal Designer, you will own and architect the product and service design disciplines within Faculty’s Applied AI division. You'll bridge the gap between technical machine learning outputs and human-centric commercial outcomes. This high-leverage role balances strategic executive consulting with the entrepreneurial task of building a world-class design function from the ground up.

What You Will Do
- Lead high-leverage client engagements by anchoring project deliverables and building influential relationships with executive-level product, technology, and business leaders.
- Architect the product and service design disciplines at Faculty, defining the comprehensive skill frameworks that inform talent acquisition, career progression, and team development.
- Partner with business development and engineering teams during early-stage projects to identify product opportunities and structure multidisciplinary squads effectively for strategic accounts.

- Brings significant leadership experience in agency or consulting environments, with a proven track record of framing complex problems and navigating enterprise contexts for diverse stakeholders.
- Possesses deep expertise in product architecture and user experience, with a thoughtful, pragmatic perspective on how to design effective data and AI-powered products.
- Demonstrates an entrepreneurial mindset and strong consulting craft, capable of advocating for the commercial value of design while mentoring teams in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
