Joining the Finance team, you will support global payroll operations across seven countries including the UK, USA, and Singapore.

Reporting to the Payroll Lead, you’ll manage execution, statutory reporting, and benefit alignment.

This role is essential for scaling processes as the company expands its international presence, particularly with the new Lisbon engineering hub.

  • Assist in implementing new payroll systems and optimizing existing workflows to support Thought Machine's rapid international expansion.
